This is the second video installation for training for the employee evaluation system frontline frontline, which provides our employee evaluation for both certified and classified employees. Once you log in, depending on your classification, you may see different screens. The current screen shown in this video cast allows you to see what a certified employee would see if they are being evaluated with epic. Classified employees will have no forms to view at this point. Those forms are available to be viewed after the administrator meets with you at each of your beginning, middle, and end-of-the-year meetings. They will be sent to your email, where you will log in and acknowledge those forms. For the purposes of this evaluation, I will be using epic and our test account where you will see your name located again up here under the login. You will see all of the forms that you need to complete in the center part of the screen. The first form that needs to be filled out is the beginning of the year plan for success. You can do this by simply clicking on the link at the very top saying "open epic 1.5 beginning of the year plan for success." When you do that, a second tab opens at the top with the form. The top part of the form has identifying criteria that lists your name, the building you are assigned to, and an administrator if they are assigned to evaluate you, along with some other identifying criteria at the top of the form.
